These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and the AB Networks development team ("AB Networks," "we," "us") governing your participation in the AB Networks bandwidth-sharing program ("Program"). These Terms apply from the moment you consent to bandwidth sharing within the app.
Your continued use of AB Networks after consenting constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. AB Networks's Privacy Policy is incorporated herein by reference and applies to all data practices related to the Program.
You may withdraw your consent and opt out of the Program at any time by navigating to Settings → Help Keep AB Networks Free and toggling the option off.

When you opt in to the Program, AB Networks may use a small portion of your device's spare network bandwidth to route anonymous internet traffic on behalf of third-party clients. These clients may use the routed bandwidth for purposes such as:
The Program operates quietly in the background and is designed to have no noticeable impact on your device's performance or your own browsing experience. However, because your IP address is used to route third-party requests, there is a small possibility that a web service you access directly may temporarily restrict access if it detects unusual traffic patterns associated with your IP. AB Networks is not responsible for any such temporary restrictions.
By participating, you acknowledge that you understand how the Program functions and accept responsibility for ensuring your participation complies with any obligations applicable to you under local law or agreement with your service provider.
Participation in the Program involves the use of your device's internet connection to route third-party traffic. You are solely responsible for verifying that such use is permitted under your agreement with your internet service provider (ISP) or mobile carrier.
Depending on your data plan, bandwidth usage by the Program may count toward any applicable data cap. AB Networks is not responsible for any overage charges, throttling, or service restrictions that may result from your participation. You should review your provider's terms before enabling the Program, particularly if you are on a metered connection.
Your right to terminate: You may opt out of the Program at any time by disabling bandwidth sharing in the app's Settings. Opting out will stop the Program immediately on your device.
Our right to terminate: AB Networks reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Program at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to a violation of these Terms, changes to applicable law, or the discontinuation of the Program.
Modifications to these Terms: AB Networks may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the Program after changes are posted, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should opt out of the Program.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AB Networks and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, service interruptions, or access restrictions imposed by third-party services.
In no event shall AB Networks's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms exceed $200 or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver: AB Networks's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Non-transferability: Your rights under these Terms are personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned to any third party. AB Networks may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with AB Networks's Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AB Networks with respect to the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject.
